QuoteCheck ("we," "us," or "our") operates the QuoteCheck mobile web application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address. This is used to identify your account and associate your business data with you.
Business profile data: Information you enter about your business — including business name, logo, brand colors, motto, and service templates — is stored to power the app's features.
Quote records: Quotes you create, including customer names, service details, pricing, and digital signatures, are stored in your account. This data is only accessible to you.
Subscription and billing: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank information. We only store your subscription status and plan level.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage metrics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the QuoteCheck service, process your subscription, respond to support requests, and send you service-related notifications (such as trial expiration reminders).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Base44's managed cloud infrastructure. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security — only your account can read or modify your business data, quotes, and templates.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated business profiles, templates, and quote records are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Base44: Our application is built on the Base44 platform, which hosts our backend infrastructure.
You may access, update, or delete your account data at any time from within the app. To request complete account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.
QuoteCheck is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
