By creating an account or using QuoteCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
QuoteCheck is a mobile web application that enables home service professionals to create, manage, and deliver quotes to their customers. Features include template management, digital signature capture, PDF generation, and quote history.
You must register for an account to use QuoteCheck. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New Solo plan accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the app will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated. Trial availability is subject to change.
QuoteCheck offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Team, and Crew) billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from within the app under Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You agree to use QuoteCheck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use QuoteCheck to create fraudulent quotes, impersonate other businesses, or engage in any activity that could harm the service or other users.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into QuoteCheck, including business information, templates, and quote records. We process this data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The QuoteCheck application, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by QuoteCheck and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
QuoteCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
